    I can't remember when was the last time I got so deep with reading a book. A bit of a taboo topic, which was great! The prince is a perfect guy :D I don't usually buy books but I'm getting the second part right now! I would recommend and give 10 stars if I could.
  • Interesting but offensive

    Interesting book, however the offensive opinions of the main character stopped me from reading until the end. Despite knowing that the whole point of Marie being reluctant because of religion. Bearing in mind I did read until about 700ish pages in. The plot was never ending and the quality of writing could have been improved to intrigue the reader more to even finish the book.

    An excellent read. The author Rose B Mashal tackles some issues of race and religious intolerance without it becoming a banal rant or lecture. Wrapped in a story of burgeoning love and set in a different society it subtly provokes the reader to think about good and bad people not their nationality or religion. I throughly recommend this book and I shall definitely be reading more from this author.
